Any way/executable to auto forward an email to another email address?

Post by SugarHooves » Tue May 09, 2017 6:37 pm

Hi ...

I use Outlook (company policy) and one of the 'things' I needed to automate was to auto forward lots and lots of emails from certain senders to a 3rd central email address.

It bogs down Outlook when processing these auto forwards because there are 200+/- or more auto forward Rules setup in Outlook that it must go through.

I noticed the 'Execute File' in PopTrays Rule section.

I am not a programmer, but is there a way an 'Execute File' could auto forward an inbound email to a 3rd email when the inbound email is checked by PopTray and that in/b email fits a Rule that was created?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Let me know.

John

P.S. I am a long time, very happy user of PopTray, but forgot my original UserName that I had registered under email: john.hoff@comcast.net

Thanks.

Poptray and PoptrayU are not full email clients, they are only email checkers with the ability to read emails and delete from the server... they can not send emails.
