All the settings in my PopTray are gone this morning. Nothing I try for a new account seems to work. Looks like I don't know what my server settings should be. I've tried same info I use successfully with LiveMail, but still doesn't work.

All was fine for many months, but all the email info disappeared overnight, yet all the rules and other options remain.

When/if PoptrayU ( and Poptray also ) get closed improperly it can lead to the various settings getting corrupted and not loading later like you mentioned.

Verify the settings you are using...

pop server - pop.centurylink.net
port - 995 SSL

( The SSL is a separate install from the main program, if the option isn't available make sure to download the proper one for the version you have installed )

Once the settings have been made... close ( not minimize ) PoptrayU and then reopen... verify account settings... repeat if they changed.
