Post by DDDannn » Mon Dec 19, 2011 1:25 am

I am having trouble finding the logs for the progra, I have looked in the program files but there is no file there. Could someone tell me please how to find the log document so can see which emails are being deleted?
Thank you in advance,

What version of Windows are you running it on?

Are you using any of the command-line startup options and if so what ones?

Verify that you do have the logging option enabled...

Options->Advanced->Miscellaneous - see the help file for more info. It will be a file named Rules.log... if your Windows is not setup to show extentions... look for one just named Rules

If you are starting Poptray with a command-line option as mentioned in the help files... the log file will be in the users home directory as you had specified in the command-line option.
