Since you have posted a link to the Plugin, you could also add some of the system's requirements too.

Click the link below to Renier's Profile

profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2

Then send him a PM with info concerning your Plugin. He's the owner/developer of PopTray and the web site.

Other than requiring the Microsoft Speech engine as noted on the download page, I'm not sure what other requirements there are. I don't have anything older than XP to test on so I don't know if it will run on other versions

I tried running it, but it required some MFC DLL that I don't have on my XP system.

PS. I haven't installed the Speech SDK (since the download is HUGE), so maybe MFC will come with that.

I have relinked the plugin using static linking rather than dynamic. This should removed the need to have the MFC DLLs on your system. Please download the plugin again and let me know if this fixes the problem.

The plugin you mentioned has not been uploaded to Renier's PopTray pages on Source Forge.

You might have the best results by PMing the author of the plugin. Here is a link to the PROFILE PAGE for jskinner. There you can click the PM link and send him a Private Message.
