Using PopTrayU 5.2.6 on Windows10 The SELECT ALL button works, but it causes a minor problem when I use it. Just below the MAIL WINDOW, there is a gray area that shows what PopTrayU has done, such as CHECKED:(TIME). In that gray area after using SELECT ALL, then DELETE, I find I have the message "SA...

There has been a patch of SSL that now enables POPfile to once again download HOTMAIL and OUTLOOK.com emails.
Here is a link to the SSL UPDATER. http://getpopfile.org/downloads/updateS ... -1.1.3.zip

I have noticed, IMO, a serious cosmetic problem in PopTrayU. If I click and hold on an ACCOUNT TAB and move it to another location, the ACCOUNT INFO moves including the EMAIL, but the ACCOUNT NAME on the TAB remains in the previous location. In other words, the ACCOUNT NAME is incorrect. This happen...

Cosmetic Settings Issue
I have a terrible internet connection, so I turn AUTO CHECKING off in PopTrayU. I have noticed that if I turn AUTO CHECKING off in the INTERVAL settings tab, choosing DON'T AUTOMATICALLY CHECK FOR NEW MESSAGES the ICON in the Systems Tray does not reflect the change. It remains a plain envelope and ...

I believe your GMAIL settings are OK. I think all you need to do is add "recent:" to your login. Below is what mine looks like in the PopTrayU login box. You might be using a different separator in PopFile where I use "/", as long as it is not the ":" you'll be OK. LOGIN pop.gmail.com/995/recent:kyd...

Excellent suggestion... Click or select something within the mail list window... the use the key combination CRTL-A to select all items... I do use that when I have a keyboard on my desktop, but when I'm using PopTrayU with a tablet, that option is not readily available. Thus the suggestion to add ...

There is a UI that opens in your default browser. Below is a link to the Help File documentation for the UI. http://getpopfile.org/docs/ui Don't get me wrong, PopFile doesn't have as much graphics as K9, but it is sufficient to make the settings that are needed. Something that is missing is the perc...

Win 8 Start Charm/Live Tile
Is there any work towards a Win 8 Live Tile Interface for PopTrayU? I have PopTrayU working on my Dell Venue 8 Tablet, but must use the desktop to view email. The Win 8 Store has very few email apps, and the ones that are there are lousy. PopTray could dominate the field with an interface that worke...

My best guess is that your antivirus program/setting is different and once the message is considered as being read, it no longer relays it to PopTrayU. I would suggest turning off the antivirus or at least the email scanning feature for a few minutes and then checking to see if PopTray and K9 works ...

You're right. PopTray U is able to connect using the 9999 port and I noticed today that the [Spam] indicator is being placed in the subject line of Spam emails displaying in PopTray U, as it's configured to do in K9, so PopTray U is obviously using the K9 proxy. I just need to figure out why the me...

I use WLM and have it set to leave messages on server, not set for a specific time though. I d/load the messages into WLM and read them after PopTray & K9 deletes the spam. After the messages are read in WLM, I delete them from the server using PopTray. I don't have any problems using the two progra...
