I think I am experiencing something similar! PopTray timeouts when deleting mails (mostly a spam rule is triggered) very often. When I re-check the mails were deleted.

It does not bother me too much, usually when PopTray checks a few minutes later, the window is updated correctly.

Dav I stuen

Fordi jeg skriver dette på et helt fremmed sprog, så kan ingen andre end danskere og folk fra Norden forstå et suk.

En lille lektie til indbyggere i store europæiske lande, der mangler lidt sprogskole.

Actually there is less caffeine in espresso than in normal coffee, so if you want to stay awake, choose normal coffee!

Anyway, ilNebbioso is not really interested in Italian coffe, only German coffee makes him smile and sing.

Re: How about a logfile that could be imported to a spreadsheet?

Now that I think of it, I'm wondering if the rules.log file shouldn't be in an importable format so users could look at it in a spreadsheet program. Again... this is only interesting to a tiny minority of users. I would expect to find such a feature in an advanced mailserver (for corporate use) for...

Damn those 7%! IDIOTS! Of course the casual user will fear for his good e-mails when reading about the technology used in K9, SpamPal etc.; many would never even try. IMHO spam is a problem comparable to that of viruses; it amazes me that spammers still can find methods for sending their !"#...

I searched Google etc., bored with the bloated or ugly mail checkers I had tried so far. I really just wanted something basic with a friendly interface. It surprises me that so many programmers made so many irrellevant programs. I don't need time sync features etc. etc. and certainly not when major ...

Thats NS' fault; it is the application itself that allows multiple instances of it... or just actives the current running instance when you try to execute it again.

Another rule protected the mail that another rule tried to kill... Deleting the protecting rule does not enable the other rule to delete it though, so this IS a bug. The icons is no longer green, but I can only ignore the mail, not delete it with rules. The mails is not marked as spam either by PopT...

My first e-mailad`dress it drowning in spam... perhaps 95% of all mails I receive on this address are spam mails... K9 kills them all, but what would I have done without a tool like K9 or the skills to install it? My other e-mailaddresses are targeted by spammers too; my FORM on my website was abuse...

PopTray whitelists invalid "from" addresses!!!?

This is from a header: From: nobody (hae579 www.dr.dk) This mail is whitelisted (green icon) even though nothing on the line can be found in the whistelist. Even if I empty the whitelist, the mail is recognized as whitelisted. Now this mail is whitelisted whatever I do, rules cannot delete it!...
