Why do the beauty pagents call it Ms/Miss Universe, when there are no beings from other planets, solar systems or galaxies??? There aren't? When I was a kid, I used to see commercials on TV, saying that it was time for all resident aliens to register with the U.S. government. I always wondered why ...

CB, you should learn the History. You will learn that dictators in South America and most of them in other parts of the world were supported by USA, the same country that had schools where they taught how to torture, how to kill. Those corrupted dictators were in place to protect the interests of t...

FYI, we (chillean's) call you " gringos " or " yankis " or ... well, " norteamericanos " ;-) What we cannot understand is: Why you call "World Series" to a sport competition that is only played in your country? Or at least I had never seen a team from another county... Or why you named "f...

Would you judge Peter Jackson the same way? Hardly. If a persons overweight reduces his/hers IQ then the US population would really be in trouble. In every discussion, when someonly mentions something about the looks of his opponet, you know that he has lost the discussion. 1. I haven't judged anyo...

Sorry for sounding political, KY Dave.

(BTW, I think you could say the same thing to Bruno, who posted the link to Michael Moore's extremely political Web site in his post).

Fahrenheit 9/11's Michael Moore also created the one-sided film, "Bowling For Columbine," wrote the biased book "Stupid White Men" and is responsible for countless self-loathing articles and interviews. From the looks of him, Mr. Moore is allergic to soap and water, and is a daily partaker of McDona...

Hey Renier,

As you know, I live in the U.S., but I would like to thank you from...

Italy!

How 'bout the rest of you? Where would you like to thank Renier from?

Hey Randy,

I just figured out how you've managed to post over 200 messages here since March of this year.

It's because you help so many people.

This may turn out to be an extremely difficult problem to pinpoint. I've been using PopTray for years, and AFAIK, the one incident I reported above is the only time PT has ever deleted any of my valid email messages -- and in my case, it did it with Safe Delete turned ON. :?

Thanks, Dave. That was the first thing we tried, but, at that time, the CWS trojan had evolved faster than CWShredder had evolved, so CWShredder was useless to remove the CWS trojan.

SourceForge is free... Not to pressure you into finding a new Web host, but just for informational purposes, my experience has been that, running on SF, your site is much slower than nearly every other site that I visit. Maybe archiving some old forum messages might speed it up a little, but I thin...

I thought the music died back in the late seventies or early eighties. I've only heard a few songs since then that I thought were both musically and lyrically interesting.

I really though that you win your contest, as you said in your May 25 journal. Of course the last paragraph was strange in that context. The contest was a lot of fun for me. I was really glad that the winner turned out to be on the other side of the world from me in New Zealand, instead of being one of my friends or relatives from right here in the US.

Vitoco, I sent the package full of contest prizes this morning, by US Postal Service Express Mail. It weighed 5 pounds (US). It would have cost $24 (US) to send in uninsured and have it arrive in 7-10 days. Instead, I paid $32 (US) to send it insured and have it arrive in 3-4 days. Randy, I went to ...
