excuse my question:how I can export PopTray rules ?

First to clarify a couple things...
Poptray is no longer being supported since it doesn't support newer operating systems than WinXP... Poptray keeps it's settings files, which include the rules.ini file in the main program directory that it is installed in ... typically C:\Program Files\Poptray if you left it in the default area.

PoptrayU ( the area you are actually posting in ) is the newer version that does support Windows Vista and newer. PoptrayU is/was updated by Jojobear99 to support the newer operating systems and has corrected a few other bugs that existed in Poptray itself.
PoptrayU gives you the option to setup so the rules ( and other settings ) are setup for a single user or everyone on the computer. Where it places it's settings files depends on which option you selected. The recommended settings is for single user and those files are located in the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\PoptrayU folder. The AppData folder is a hidden folder so you'll need to have the option to view hidden items enabled.
Ok, with some of the background covered... now to your question. Poptray and PoptrayU don't provide a direct/automated way to export their settings but you can copy their INI files to achieve the same thing. The rules are kept in the RULES.INI file... just copy that file to make a backup. The file is just a standard text file. It'd probably be a good thing to also copy the other INI files as mentioned for Poptray above.
