Poptray stopped rules logging

Hi all.

I noticed about two months ago that the rules are no longer logged. Some things changed on my system at the time, but I noticed that the new entries were not added to the Rules.log file a few days later.
This may have to do with turning on the new Windows10 ransomware protection, or so I thought at the time.
I gave PopTray all the rights, but that didn't help.
So I turned ransomware protection back off. But this didn't help.
I uninstalled PopTray, re-installed, uninstalled again, re-installed in a different location, nothing seems to help.

Does someone have an idea what could be going on? I have been using PopTray for so, so long and would not want to lose it. I do appreciate the log since it already helped me a few times, discovering someone's mail had been accidentally removed. Plus I simply like to know what's going on

Poptray is no longer supported and isn't meant to run on Windows newer than XP... update to PoptrayU and see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you, I had no idea. I have been using it on 10 for almost 3 years without any problems, but it suddenly stopped logging.
I will try PoptrayU, thank you in advance if this will correctly log.
