Starting problem

When I boot up my computer, PopTray opens up as empty. It has no account, no settings, and nothing. I have to reinstall it every morning. This will restore all accounts and settings. What's the matter?

If you are actually using Poptray and not PoptrayU ( which is the forum area you are posting in )... and your Windows is newer than Windows XP ( the last version Poptray supports )... then that isn't unusual because of the security features found in newer versions of Windows.

Install PoptrayU instead of Poptray. Once you have set it up... follow these instructions to backup the settings viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2942 with one minor difference, the default installation location is in the user folders instead of the program folder... example C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\PopTrayU
