Could you create an option for automatic download of attachments? where the download path is specified.
That is to say that every time an email arrives with an attachment, it is downloaded automatically in one path.

FYI, as discussion only... PoptrayU ( as was Poptray ) is really only meant as an email notifier and not a full email client what you'd normally open attachments from. I could also see an issue knowing which attachment came with which email if it were automated like you are asking for. You'd probably want to somehow annotate the attachment filename with the subject and/or email address of the sender or something like that.
