Deleting Email When Not Wanted

I run PopTray on our main enquiries email address. Over the weekend we normally leave the computer on and Outlook open. However this weeekend we closed Outlook but kept the computer on.

Coming in this morning (Monday), we don't have any emails coming in to Outlook from the period it was closed over the weekend. We have checked with our web site and it definitely sent us the enquiries from customers to this address and they were delivered to our server. Hopefully this makes sense so far.

Is it possible with PopTray running in the background it deleted the messages?

Poptray doesn't, by default, delete any emails unless you've selected to have them deleted.

Check for rules you've created or blacklists... those are the only means that a deletion would happen by itself and you'd have had to set those up manually or by selecting to delete any blacklisted items.

Thank you for that, I haven't set up any rules or blacklists so that's knocked that theory on the head.

No email here either.  Hopefully they can resolve this either today or over the weekend as it seems to be affecting a large number of beta testers.
Perhaps you should notice that this thread was made in 2015 and isn't recent. Also, as mentioned, Poptray only deletes emails it is told to delete either manually or through rules the user setup. In addition, Poptray, development has stopped and has no beta's and even if it did, it only would delete emails as I mentioned.
