Socket error 10060

Cannot check with poptray 3.1 my t-online account. I get the following fault: Socket Error 10060 Connection time out. I use WinXP SP2 with AntiVir Personal. The other email accounts running very good. What can I do it ?

Other users are reporting the problems with T-Online accounts...
It is probably a problem with their service, not PopTray as you aren't experiencing other account problems.
If it continues, you should notify your T-Online support.

Also make certain that you have given Poptray internet access through your firewall... if your firewall blocks it, that is the exact error you would get.
