Do you mean the icons are 'grayed out'?

That is the intended appearance as there is no email for PopTray to perform those icon's programming functions.

When you have email in the window, and click on one of the emails, those icons will return to their full color display as their functions become useable.

For example, if you have an email marked as SPAM, then the DELETE SPAM Icon will display in full color. If there are no emails MARKED AS SPAM, then the DELETE SPAM Icon will be grayed out.

ehm..maybe i've been misunderstood :)
i meant the gray rectangle on the 'CHECK' button, after it has been pressed.

Well, as stated above, on my XP Home system...

when I click the CHECK Button it stays 'grayed out' until PopTray has completed the check for that account, then it returns to it's full color state.

This is to indicate to users that the CHECK function is temporarily unavailable to be clicked on until the check is completed.

On my XP Pro system it changes to blue with a dark blue line around the button, then when the check is over it stays a gray color, but is not 'GRAYED OUT' like it is unavailable.

Is this the way PopTray's CHECK Button works on your system?

yes, this behavior is right.
but i mean the grey rectangle around the check icon...you see check icon colored but around that there's that 'grey box' (highlighted by the red circle).

that grey box still remains and there isn't on poptray 3.1

I can confirm that result on XP Pro SP2.

It's odd that it doesn't happen on 2 of my XP Home systems, but does on our XP Pro systems.

I've noted that some of the other Maill Window buttons also stay gray (not 'grayed out') after PopTray has completed it's functioning on my Win XP Pro SP2 system.
