No e-mails showing on Mail screen

My PopTray was working like a dream until one day I clicked on Check All at the bottom of the Mail screen and nothing happened. In the Systray, no red numbers are showing on the envelope. When I click on Go to Email Client, Outlook Express opens and new e-mails appear.

I have uninstalled and re-installed 3.1 but to no avail.

What have I done that I do not know about?

The first thing I would check would be your FIREWALL Settings.
Does PopTray have internet access?

Is your ACCOUNT information correct?

Thank you for your reply.

My Firewall settings have not changed since I set up PopTray. I have a firewalled wireless router whose settings have not been altered since installation. Also, since it is going to my E-mail Client, I am presuming that my account details are correct. How and where would I check such details, please?

In PopTray, click on the ACCOUNTS TAB on the right side.

The PopTray settings should match your OE settings in TOOLS, ACCOUNTS, PROPERTIES.

If your account settings are not there, then check the thread linked below...

Also, if you upgraded to a new version of PopTray, firewalls sometimes see the new version as a completely different program and must be authorized.
