Error on call Winsock2 library

I just downloaded and installed PopTray 2.0 this morning on my computer (Win95_C), but I am not able to run the program... I am getting this kind of error message:

Most likely not a bug

It seems to me, that your Windows 95 uses Winsock 1. You should dowload and install Winsock 2 from microsoft.com Then try again.
